Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

 

All orders take a standard 1-3 business days to process, not including weekends regardless of the method of shipment selected. We are a small business and will try our BEST to get your package out to you as fast as possible! Please be patient with us :)

DOMESTIC ORDERS:

Standard domestic: FREE ON ORDERS $100+ If under $100 then shipping is calculated at checkout.

Shipping Delivery Times:

USPS Standard First Class : 1-5 Business Day Delivery (depending on location). Plus 1-3 Business Days of Processing.

USPS Priority: 1-3 Business Day Delivery (depending on location). Plus 1-3 Business Days of Processing.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

*International orders may be subject to VAT, duties, or taxes upon arrival to your country. We Are Loveaholics LLC is not responsible for, nor in control of these charges. For more information, please contact your local customs office before ordering.*

USPS Standard First Class: 3-4+ business weeks Delivery.

USPS Priority: 10-14 Business Day Delivery.

 

Please Note: We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Priority Shipping is not guaranteed as we are not responsible for any delays caused by the USPS. Please allow a 1-3 business day time frame for us to process your order from the day the order is placed. Regardless of the method of shipment selected.

We are not responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit via USPS. If your package was lost, you would need to contact your nearest USPS post office and provide them with the tracking # that was sent to you once we shipped your order. Please note this becomes a matter between the customer and USPS. We can not replace your package because it was lost, it is a risk we all take when ordering online. It is rare but be aware this can happen.

INCORRECT INFO AND LOST MAIL:

If you made an order with an incorrect address please email us at weareloveaholics@gmail.com ASAP. We will try to resolve the issue before the package ships. If we are unable to change the address we are NOT responsible for the incorrect information entered.

IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG SIZE OR INCORRECT ITEM PLEASE CONTACT US VIA EMAIL weareloveaholics@gmail.com SO WE CAN HELP YOU IMMEDIATELY :)

NIS ITEMS:If an item is found to be not in stock from you order, we will issue a refund for that item at the time of shipment. Please allow a standard 3- 10 business days to see the refund post to your bank account. Thank you!
